We try to pull out all the stops when it comes to Red Oak's Founders Day Parade, but this year we took the cake by bringing the horror film star Chuck Williams to the festivites. The self appointed grand marshal of the parade made sure that not only did everyone have a great time, but also directed traffic so that folks could get home safely
